The presentation will focus on our low-cost solar lease pilot! You’ll save 20% off your PECO bill from Day 1, with no up-front cost. We still have slots left but time is running out!
PEA is offering this special financing option for 45 households as a pilot program. Participants will still be expected to finance a portion of the project, and financing for a variety of credit profiles will be made available. This financing product will be structured as a $0 down 15-year lease, where the homeowner will make monthly payments for the solar power produced. The lease payments will be structured with a goal of providing 20% savings in year 1.
To qualify for the special financing pilot, households must:
• Have a roof less than 7 years old
• Not be on PECO’s Customer Assistance Program
• Have paid all PECO bills on-time and in-full for the past 12 months
• Be owner-occupied
