The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (“SEPTA”) is soliciting proposals (“Proposals”) to enter into a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract (a “GESC” or “Contract”) for SEPTA’s Main Office Building located at 1234 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 (the “Project”). SEPTA is utilizing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicitation process for this procurement. SEPTA’s intent is to engage the services of a qualified Energy Service Company (“ESCO”) to design and install Energy Conservation Measures (“ECMs”) at the Project site and to guarantee the savings from the ECMs to be implemented under the Contract.
Proposals will be accepted until 04:30 PM on Thursday, April 6th and must be delivered to SEPTA’s General Offices, 1234 Market Street, 11th Fl., Philadelphia, Pa 19107. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 9th, 2017 at 10:00 AM and a tour of the building will follow the meeting. All questions will be due by Thursday, March 16th by 05:00 PM.
