The Municipal Energy Master Plan outlines how the City can better manage its own assets to reduce energy use and greenhouse gas emissions. The plan sets short-term goals for increasing energy efficiency and the use of clean energy as part of Philadelphia’s efforts to achieve the visions outlined in “Greenworks: A Vision for a Sustainable Philadelphia,” including cleaner air, efficient and clean energy use, and climate mitigation and adaptation.
