The Philadelphia Energy Authority (“PEA”) in partnership with the City of Philadelphia (“City”) invites interested parties to respond to this Request for Information (“RFI”) with information regarding project structures that would make renewable energy development projects feasible for the City. PEA and the City are also requesting information regarding projects developed with similarly sized governments or institutions. We are seeking information on renewable energy project options applicable to the City or a Pennsylvania Authority to inform the development of a potential Request for Proposals.
An electronic copy of the complete Response must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM Philadelphia local time on January 5, 2017.
