Statement of Work Summary:

The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) on behalf of the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHADC) is soliciting proposals for a qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) system   contractor to design, build and finance for the installation of a roof-mounted solar PV project at Vaux Big Picture High School, pursuant to a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and roof top lease. A more detailed scope of work is included within the solicitation.

Additional Information:

There will be a mandatory walkthrough held on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 at 10 am.  **In order to bid on this solicitation the prospective vendor must attend the walk through.**
