Join the Philadelphia Energy Authority (PEA) the annual Philadelphia Block Captain Rally on Saturday, March 23, 9am – 12pm at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This annual event attracts more than 1,500 block captains, and provides them with resources to continue the vital work of making Philadelphia a cleaner and greener city. PEA will be a part of the Climate & Urban Systems Partnership’s (CUSP) Climate City, a special area at the event where visitors can learn about the local impacts of climate change and what they can do about them. The area will feature hands-on activities and resources for visitors young and old to learn how to prepare for, and prevent, a hotter/wetter Philadelphia.  PEA will be providing information about Solarize Philly: a group buying program to help Philadelphians go solar at home.
