Position Description
Community Energy is currently seeking a new team member to support early stage solar power project development.  This individual will be part of a team that reviews GIS data to evaluate potential land targets for solar power projects. This is an entry-level position with significant room for growth into the exciting and expanding field of solar power development.  It all begins with land evaluation and targeting. There is also a significant component of researching new markets, permitting requirements and other energy development related topics on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with focus on GIS and/or energy markets
  • Professional presence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced office environment
