PGW Intake and Scheduling Specialist

Reports To: PGW Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Phone outreach to assigned clients to walk through program intake process
    • Process includes collecting signed documents through mail and fax, high-volume
    • Process includes checking client status in multiple lists and databases
    • Data entry in multiple lists and databases
    • Collaboration with energy auditors and program analyst on client audit files
  • Handling phone calls from clients at all stages of program application process
  • Handling of phone calls related to hazardous heating situations
  • Scheduling of energy auditors
  • Scheduling of heating crews
  • Daily communications with funder
  • Assist in preparing weekly progress reports for funder

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Graduate or GED
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced professional setting involving call handling and data entry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Handle client issues in a courteous, efficient and professional manner
  • Capability to multitask while sustaining a fast verbal pace and navigating multiple databases
  • High computer proficiency, effective multitasker
  • Passion for ECA’s mission
  • Personable and able to communicate with a diverse population
    • Bilingual ability a plus
  • Interacts easily with all levels of staff
  • Able to problem solve, collaborate, and fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Effective team player and communicator
