PGW Intake and Scheduling Specialist

Reports To: PGW Program Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Phone outreach to assigned clients to walk through program intake process
- Process includes collecting signed documents through mail and fax, high-volume
- Process includes checking client status in multiple lists and databases
- Data entry in multiple lists and databases
- Collaboration with energy auditors and program analyst on client audit files
- Handling phone calls from clients at all stages of program application process
- Handling of phone calls related to hazardous heating situations
- Scheduling of energy auditors
- Scheduling of heating crews
- Daily communications with funder
- Assist in preparing weekly progress reports for funder
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Graduate or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced professional setting involving call handling and data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Handle client issues in a courteous, efficient and professional manner
- Capability to multitask while sustaining a fast verbal pace and navigating multiple databases
- High computer proficiency, effective multitasker
- Passion for ECA’s mission
- Personable and able to communicate with a diverse population
- Bilingual ability a plus
- Interacts easily with all levels of staff
- Able to problem solve, collaborate, and fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Effective team player and communicator
