Overview
CLEAResult is seeking an Associate Program Manager for utility DSM energy efficiency residential Lighting and Appliance rebate programs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the Lighting and Appliance program within the assigned area
- Works directly with senior leaders to execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction
- Responsible for regular financial and program goal forecasting and actual performance reporting, both internally and to client utility
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) to achieve program delivery and client goals
- Manage a remote team of up to 2 direct reports
Qualifications
- 2-4 years program or project management, preferably in utility DSM energy efficiency programs, and
- 1+ years people management; specifically managing remote teams
- Previous experience working in a retail environment is a plus, but not required
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize work assignments
- Must be able to successfully operate in a fast paced work environment
