On February 20th join the Philadelphia City Institute Library for a panel discussion on how to save energy in your home and reduce your energy bills. The discussion will include resources for a home energy assessment, financial programs to improve the energy performance of homes, and guidance on shopping for low cost electricity.
Representatives from the following organizations will be speaking: Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA), PECO Energy, and Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
