7″ tablets will be given out to the first 200 4th District Block Captains who arrive and register on site. You must attend the ENTIRE Block Captain Boot Camp event to receive a tablet.

We are seeking all block captains to bring (2) young adults with them to sign up to be Junior Block Captains. Ages are 18-24

The first 50 young adults to sign up to become Junior Block Captains will receive FREE driving lessons.
